But I think for me, what was most impressive is the ethical way she approaches her business. Bindu is not out for a quick buck. In fact, on our most recent transaction, the buyers approached Bindu directly and offered to have her represent them with the hope/intent of having us accept their offer. She kindly turned down the opportunity citing they did not think it was fair to the buyer's agent (who had written a previous offer). You tell me another agent who would turn down an opportunity to earn a commission on both sides of the transaction!
